Mobile Dementia
Service Station

With aims of providing an easy access and ongoing support for people living with dementia (pwd) and their caregivers who live in remote communities with limited dementia support service available, a mobile dementia service team will be set up to serve as the community-based service station, and multi-component interventions include dementia friendly neighborhood initiatives, early detection service, non-pharmacological interventions, and caregivers support service will be offered.
