1. 認知障礙症治療助理 Dementia Training Assistant (到戶服務)

​

<工作範圍>

  • 為認知障礙症(前稱老年痴呆症)人士提供到戶認知訓練服務

<入職要求>

  • 中學或以上學歷，持復康助理證書或曾任職業治療助理 / 物理治療助理 / 活動工作員 / 相關職位，具至少三年長者服務經驗

2. 認知障礙症活動助理 Dementia Training Assistant (荃灣)

<工作範圍>

  • 籌劃中心各項活動，帶領認知刺激及餘暇社交小組

  • 為認知障礙症患者提供日常照顧及支援中心運作

<入職要求>

  • 具長者服務 保健員 或 活動工作員 或  復康助理 經驗優先

 

3. 服務助理PCW (樂富/將軍澳)

<工作範圍>

  • 協助認知障礙症日間中心運作；服務使用者個人護理及接送；中心及辦公室清潔

  • 星期六長短週工作，不用輪班工作，逢公眾假期休息

  • 通過試用期後每月可獲 $1000現金津貼

<入職要求>

  • 具長者服務經驗優先
