Occupational Therapist I

Job Description

  • Implement early detection assessments and provide clinical judgement to facilitate diagnostic process for people suspected with dementia in the community.

  • Implement outreach in-home service to families living with dementia, e.g. cognitive and self-care training, home modification and providing caring advices etc.

​

Requirements

  • Registered Occupational Therapist with degree qualification, at least 5-year working experience in elderly and/or dementia service.

​

Salary Range

  • RHK$54,805 to HK$79,930

​

<工作範圍>

  • 協助推行教育和宣傳項目，包括培訓課程、公眾教育活動、宣傳及大型活動等

  • 管理協會社交平台、參與新發展項目的推廣工作

​

<入職要求及待遇>

  • 文憑或以上程度，熟悉電腦操作，懂Adobe Illustrator應用及剪片者優先

  • 薪酬: $13, 860起

註冊社工 (SWA) - 日間中心 (將軍澳/ 灣仔區)

​

<工作範圍>

  • 支援服務經理處理日間中心運作，個案及照顧者跟進

  • 於認知障礙症日間中心推展治療小組及家屬支援工作

​

<入職要求>

  • 具至少兩年相關經驗

活動工作員Program Worker - 日間中心 (將軍澳 /樂富區)

​

<工作範圍>

  • 籌劃中心大型活動及帶領認知刺激及社交小組

  • 支援日常患者照顧及中心運作

​

<入職要求>

  • 懂電腦操作，具至少兩年相關經驗

服務助理 (PCW) (荃灣 / 將軍澳 /樂富區)

​

<工作範圍>

  • 協助認知障礙症日間中心運作; 患者個人護理及接送；中心及辦公室清潔

  • 工作時間: 星期一至五 8am-6pm，星期六長短週工作，不用輪班工作，逢公眾假期休息。

  • 通過試用期後每月可獲 $1000現金津貼

<入職要求>

  • 完成起居照顧員證書課程，具長者服務經驗優先
