Our Objectives

Founded in 1995 by family caregivers, healthcare professionals, social workers, and dedicated community members, the Hong Kong Alzheimer’s Disease Association was established in response to the severe lack of public awareness, information, and support services for dementia at the time. Families were often left without guidance and faced overwhelming caregiving pressures on their own.
